This policy explains the refund conditions for our WILGUARD digital services (SaaS).
In case of discrepancies, the Terms and Conditions published on the site prevail.
1. Exception from withdrawal right (digital services)
Being digital content/service not delivered on material support, according to art. 16 lit. m) of OUG 34/2014, the 14-day withdrawal right does NOT apply if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement and acknowledgment of losing the withdrawal right.
By creating the account, accepting the Terms and initiating use (API key activation / script insertion), you consent to immediate commencement of performance and confirm that you lose your legal right of withdrawal for that purchase.
2. No pro-rata and no refunds for partially used periods
Subscriptions are prepaid. After commencement of performance, no pro-rata refunds are granted for partially used periods and no refunds are offered for renewals already processed.
3. Optional commercial policy (good faith)
At our discretion, we may offer good-faith commercial solutions (for example, credit, period extension) in justified cases. This does not constitute a general refund obligation.
To request such a solution, please briefly describe the situation and provide the order ID.
4. Request procedure
Send the request to [contact@wilguard.com](mailto:contact@wilguard.com), indicating: (i) name, (ii) account email, (iii) protected domain, (iv) order/subscription ID, (v) reason for request. We will respond within maximum 10 business days.
In case of specific legal or tax situations, we may request additional information.
